Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, emphasizing the importance of safe work practices.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and participate in drills to ensure preparedness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety awareness among employees.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related matters and encourage a proactive approach to safety.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs through regular audits and inspections.
- Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory authorities on safety matters.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Relevant safety certifications (KAWADIR, IOSH, OSHA, NEBOSH IGC).

- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and influence others in matters of safety.
