Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Safety Officer to join our team at Marjan. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to kick-start their career in safety management within the construction industry.
Forman, Electrician, Plumber, Pipefitter, AC Technician and Welder Jobs in Jeddah and Riyadh KSA.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Safety Protocols:
- Enforce and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on-site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and rectify potential hazards.
- Training and Orientation:
- Provide safety induction training to new employees and subcontractors.
- Develop and conduct safety awareness programs to enhance the overall safety culture.
- Incident Investigation:
- Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, analyzing root causes and recommending preventive measures.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, injuries, and corrective actions taken.
- Emergency Preparedness:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular drills to ensure effective responses during emergencies.
- Safety Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular safety reports to management.
- Track and analyze safety performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Safety Communication:
- Facilitate safety meetings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure clear and effective communication of safety policies and procedures to all employees.
