Positions Available:
Civil Draftsman – Structural & Architectural Experience
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects.
- Create detailed architectural and structural drawings based on project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes.
- Review and revise drawings as necessary during the construction process.
- Maintain documentation and records of drawings for reference.
MEP Coordinator
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of UAE experience in high-rise buildings.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on construction sites.
- Liaise with MEP subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project plans.
- Resolve MEP-related issues and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Review and approve MEP designs and installations.
Sr. Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects.
- Lead and oversee mechanical engineering aspects of high-rise building projects.
- Design HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Manage mechanical engineering teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Civil Foreman (2 Positions)
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects.
- Supervise construction activities on-site.
- Manage and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Report progress and issues to project management.
Steel Foreman (2 Positions)
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects.
- Oversee steel construction and installation activities.
- Manage steelwork crews and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain safety and quality standards for steel structures.
- Collaborate with project engineers and architects.
Safety Managers, Safety Supervisors and Safety Officer Required
Carpenter Foreman (2 Positions)
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects.
- Lead carpentry teams in construction tasks.
- Ensure the proper installation of wooden structures and finishes.
- Monitor the use of carpentry tools and materials.
- Uphold safety and quality standards.
Mason Foreman (2 Positions)
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects.
- Supervise masonry work on construction sites.
- Manage masonry crews and maintain schedules.
- Ensure proper brickwork, blockwork, and finishing.
- Implement safety measures and quality control.
Mason Chargehand (2 Positions)
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects.
- Assist the Mason Foreman in organizing and leading masonry teams.
- Perform skilled masonry work, including bricklaying and concrete work.
- Train and guide junior masonry workers.
- Uphold safety and quality standards.
Steel Chargehand (2 Positions)
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects.
- Assist the Steel Foreman in managing steelwork crews.
- Participate in steel construction tasks and installations.
- Provide guidance to steelworkers.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
Carpenter Chargehand (2 Positions)
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects.
- Assist the Carpenter Foreman in supervising carpentry teams.
- Engage in carpentry tasks, including framing and finishing.
- Train and mentor carpentry staff.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Candidates with experience in DDA (Dubai Development Authority) projects will be given preference.
- Relevant educational qualifications and certifications for each position.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
