Job Description:
As an HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of employees, visitors, and the environment within our organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
HSE Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Training and Awareness:
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and procedures.
- Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
Incident Response:
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
Emergency Preparedness:
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
- Conduct drills and exercises to ensure effective response to emergencies.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on HSE performance.
